Karen Blair

Karen Blair brings over 20 years of experience in leadership, advocacy, and service development within the third sector, with a strong focus on empowering individuals to access the support they need. Throughout her career, she has led and shaped services that enable people to navigate complex systems, uphold their rights, and build resilience in the face of life-changing challenges.

Karen is currently the CEO of Aftermath Support, a charity dedicated to supporting those affected by road traffic collisions. Since joining in 2021, she has driven service development, strengthened partnerships, and expanded the charity’s impact across the Northwest.

With extensive experience in service management, stakeholder engagement, and organisational leadership, Karen has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by third-sector organisations.

Karen Horner

Karen Horner is the CEO of Tomorrows Women, a women’s charity that operates in both Wirral and Chester. Within TWW Karen oversees several services that support women with a range of issues including stalking, domestic abuse, substance misuse, finances, mental health, self esteem & confidence, social isolation and criminal justice.

Karen has worked within TWW for over 12 years and has over 20 years experience of working within the voluntary sector.

Karen is an inspirational leader to staff and volunteers, providing an excellent example to women within leadership roles.

Karen has extensive experience in managing large services, complex projects and overseeing financial sustainability.
